HAD A PLEASANT STAY HERE

Located in Hajar Tower of Zam Zam Tower. Integrated with Malls and near Masjidil Haram, best location. I can seen partial of Masjidil Haram from my window. Maa Sha Allah. I had to extended because I am sick. One of cleaning staff who can speak Bahasa, he helped me. The receptionist man also very helpful. Last day, I had a lovely breakfast there. I love their gluten free also vegan menus.

Great stay but could be improved.

Hamdallah went for a one night stay in late April, where we managed to perform Umrah in perfect atmosphere. The hotel has great staff from the moment we arrived they assisted with luggage and allowed us to check-in. The staff at the check-in counter was very courteous and gave us what we needed. The room itself was of perfect size and had a partial view of the haram as promised on the website. The rate included breakfast which was very pleasant and fulfilling. The bathroom size however was very small and the water in the shower very low pressure. The shower water also took a while to get warm.

Great stay and room service

Really enjoyed our stay here and with my families. Room service is great and clean and can get access to many things when in need. Well recommended hotel. Room service Jowel looked after us and processed us with facilities required. Very well maintained and organised.

If you want quick access to Haram then think twice..

21/03/2025 I gave 3 stars because, in my opinion, the facilities provided under the name of a 5-star hotel do not truly reflect that standard. The hotel’s mosque is shared by five major hotels, with unrestricted access, meaning anyone can enter. The security staff behave as if they own the hotel, which is quite unprofessional. For the price of £9,000 for the last 10 days of Ramadan, the experience should have been far better. Last year, I stayed at Address Jabal Omar during the same period. While it was a bit farther from the Haram, the customer service and food quality were significantly better than at Mövenpick. Despite the distance, the elevators were quick and efficient, whereas at Mövenpick, guests struggle to get a lift, especially during peak times, making the journey to the Haram even longer. The restaurant management was also disappointing. I complained to the manager when some guests forcefully sat in a seat I had reserved while my wife was getting food. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager simply directed me to a different table. If quick access to the Haram is a priority, Hilton Suites, Makkah Tower, and even Hilton Convention are much better options than Mövenpick, in my opinion.
