Hôtel idéalement situé sur une très belle plage partagée avec deux autres hôtels, loin de la cohue de la plage principale, Atout majeur, nous n'avons pas eu à subir les algues contrairement aux autres plages. Vous avez un petit récif corallien, qui vous permet de faire du snorkling. Les chambres sont agréables, bien faire attention à ne pas finir dans une qui a vue sur un mur. Les équipes sont sympathiques et réactives, nous avons dû changer deux fois de chambres à cause de petits soucis, mais tout s'est bien fini. Les restaurants sont bons (particulièrement l'italien et le traditionnel philippins), le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct. Si vous avez le budget, n'hésitez à y séjourner.
The other servers were lacking, no water and it took half an hour just to get my requested tea spoon but Arnold and Chef Fred was there to help and always make our experience better. Kudos to those 2 and the others for spoiling us in our every visit. It is sad that our stay will come to an end.
Great experience again! Kudos to Arnold and Chef Fred for making the experience amazing. However, we’ve experienced inconvenience on the first 3 days due to the smelly room and aircon leakage but overall it’s still a great experience. Will surely be back again!
Uns hat es ausserordentlich gut gefallen, wenn gleich einiges an der Anlage grundsätzlich zu modernisieren wäre. Der überaus professionelle und fantastische Service in allen Bereichen hat diese Kritikpunkte jedoch völlig ausgeglichen. Wir können somit einen Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
Great food! Formaggi Pizza and Truffle Mushroom pasta!!! Beach is nice! Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Shout out to Andray and Locelyn of Brezza restaurant. The place is very clean. Nice background music. Excellent facilities. Very nice resort.
