I was hoping that other reviews might be a bit harsh on that hotel, but I must agree with most people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. I had a reservation made in July 2025 for 10 days for me, my wife and my 7 months son. Airlines tickets were bought already in 2024 as well as the reservation was booked and confirmed on Accor official site. And now 1.5 month before coming, the hotel has cancelled my reservation as they claimed that the prices on their website were wrongly uploaded by their system. Now the price is 8 times more than the original price I had book. I've tried contacting the hotel by email, by phone but no one is answering. They only sent an email informing about the cancellation and apologies. Nothing else. Very unprofessional staff !! Now I need to look for another hotel as the price they offered is way above our budget and airline tickets are non refundable. VERY DISAPPOINTED specially that it's a 5 star hotel !!
The rooms are nice and very clean and the pictures online don’t do it justice, but I wish I just paid extra to stay at Melia instead. The service is not that good, the staff are cold the breakfast is cold as well. Next time I’ll listen to the reviews and not book. I beg you do the same.
It is a good decent resort hotel. Booked for 11 nights. Checked in on April 29th and checked out on May 10th. It was a bad experience to start then it was getting better day after day. It was a low season in April. Staff was inexperienced and things were not right for 5 hotels standard. From May onwards, it started the earlier stage of shoulder seasons when more experienced staff were back to work. The services improved gradually. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Good and tasty breakfast. We ate in hotel 5 nights. The first night was not very pleasant because we were given the food not what the menu described. Admittedly, food was very tasty but it was not exactly what we ordered. We talked to the supervisor ALTIN and apologised for the mistake. He was very professional and asked kitchen staff to provide what we missed on the plate. ALTIN is very helpful and understood our disappointment. Also, he offered us some desserts and asked him next time to make sure that everything was right. Truly the hotel chef cooked very tasty meals for the first night. We decided that we gave it a second chance. ALTIN took order and made sure that everything we ordered the chef cooked for us. Then, everything was nearly perfect. We had 5 dinners out of 11 nights. During the ‘non-peak’ season, hotel outdoor swimming pool was not open. Indoor basement swimming pool was a bit of cool side. Staff were good but unable to cope with sudden surge of tourists groups on certain evenings. It is a good hotel and try to avoid the low season.
Very disappointing and much lower level than usual accor hotels, while it is supposed to be high in the different brands. Rooms are only okay, even the ‘suit’, breakfast has nothing special and in the restaurant you cannot bill on your room and have to pay right away, welcome drinks (for members of accor loyalty program) have to be chosen in a limited list (the cheapest drink it seems). Spa, swimming pool and fitness are very small, nearly no choice of device in the tiny fitness room. Strong impression to be welcome to pay mostly, experience of the stay is marked by this impression. I don’t recommend. At all. We even think leaving earlier.
Not at all movenpick experience. Staff was very friendly, but that maybe because there were not much guests i dont know. The spa totally awful, not working most of time, cold, dirty. Hotel was clean, room was clean, coffee and watter supplied daily. Breakfast was good, and except cleanliness, room comfort , friendly and welcoming staff, and breakfast everything else was awful
